Nominations Committee
On or before the first day of September of each year the President shall appoint a Nominating Committee of six (6) members, three (3) of whom shall be chosen from the Board of Directors, and three (3) of whom shall be chosen from the remaining Active Members. The Nominating Committee shall meet and select from the Active Members of the corporation not less than two (2) candidates who have been Active Members of the Association for a minimum of twelve (12) months prior to nomination, for election to each upcoming vacancy on the Board of Directors. Not later than the last day of September, the Nominating Committee shall report in writing the names of their nominees to the Secretary of the corporation.
