FCBA's Quarterly Memorial Scholarships Award is now open to apply!

The Foundation was created in memory of the late Edward L. Kelias, Judge of the Superior Court, and in memory of deceased members or deceased former members of such Bar Associations and members of the Federal, State and County Judiciary.
Established in 1966, the scholarship committee provides grant monies to law students with a primary residence in Fresno County. The Scholarship Committee has been delegated the responsibility of making the community aware of the financial needs of such students and providing a means by which this financial assistance can be provided to them.
