FRESNO COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT SERVICES

Better Business Bureau in Partnership with the Fresno Superior Court

A project of the BBB at (800) 675-8118 may be able to assist or help mediate your situation with small claims matters, unlawful detainer (evictions), civil harassment (restraining orders), elder abuse, name changes, consumer credit and protection, personal injury (subject to limitations), property damage (subject to limitations), and emancipation.

 

Self-Help Service Fresno County Superior Court

The Self-Help Center can help you by providing information and instructions in Spanish and English to show you how to complete legal forms for common cases in civil court. There are also Spanish and Hmong speaking staff who may be able to assist you at the Center. Please visit fresno.courts.ca.gov/self-help
